Special Easter Wishes


Wow...it is March already and we are only about 5 weeks away from Easter.  It's time to get out all those Easter images and let the Easter creations begin.  When I saw this freebie from Whimsie Doodles, I couldn't resist using it to make a card.  It may get a lot of use this Easter season.  It make a great tag attached to an Easter basket.  Hmmm...the creative wheels are turning today!!  The image is very quick and easy to color and since the sentiment is included in the image, I just make it the focal point for my card.  I found some American Crafts DP in my scrap pile that matched the colors in the image and just added a purple felt flower that I made using a really old flower die, some purple felt and a hoarded felt brad.

Recipe:
Stamp - Special Easter (Whimsie Doodles)
Paper - The Goods (American Crafts), Green, pink and white card stock.
Coloring - Copics
Misc - Flower die (Provo Craft), felt brad (The Paper Studio), Rectangle dies (Spellbinders), Swiss Dots embossing folder (Provo Craft), Apron Lace punch (Fiskars)
