What a great freebie from Whimsie Doodles! I found it a little late to use for a 4th of July card, but I think it is also perfect for a July birthday card. My one and only daughter, Jennifer turns 35 today. When she was little we always celebrated her birthday at the lake along with sparklers. This image reminds me of her when she was little. I kept it simple to showcase the image.
